How to Recover Deleted Content on Instagram?

To see the posts you have deleted before on Instagram and to restore (recover) them; 

First, open the Instagram application. 

Go to your " Profile " section in the application 

Tap the " 3 lines in a row " icon in the upper right corner of your profile page. 

Then go to the " Settings " option from the bottom window that will appear. 

Then go to the " Account " section from the settings page that will appear. 

Then tap on the " Recently Deleted " option at the bottom of the account settings page.

Then you will see all the content you deleted on Instagram in the last 30 days. From here, you can view the posts or stories that you have deleted before and bring the related content back to your profile.

To restore any content you have deleted on Instagram;

Tap the relevant post and tap the ” 3 dots side by side ” icon in the lower right corner of the post to be opened.
