How to Get Signature Circular?

The signature circular can be obtained from the notary public for a certain fee. After the circular of signature is received, it must be present both in the notary public and in the person receiving the circular. What is the Validity Period of the Signature Circular?

The circular of signature, which is notarized, is valid for only 3 years. At the end of 3 years, the relevant persons have to renew their signature circular by performing the same procedures again. Signature circular that is not renewed will be canceled and it will not be legal to use. In addition, in case of a change of persons acting as a legal person on behalf of the company, the circular of signature should also be changed. The newly appointed person must receive a new circular of signature. In case the company's board of directors changes, the signature circular must be renewed. 

Can the Signature Circular be extended indefinitely?

The circular of signature cannot be extended indefinitely like some official documents. The validity period is only 3 years, and at the end of 3 years, the relevant persons must re-apply to the notary public and have the circular. 

How Much Does the 2022 Signature Circular Cost?

The circular of signature document has been determined as 147 TL in 2022 . Persons who go to the notary with the necessary documents mentioned above can have a circular of signature for a fee of 147 TL. But this is only the fee paid to the notary public. In addition, photocopy, photograph, declaration fees are excluded. 

The price of a signature circular has been determined as 98 TL. However, due to the conditions, it is necessary to issue 2 circular of signature documents. One copy is in the possession of the legal entity, and the other copy must be in the notary. The price of one copy is determined as 98 TL, but half the price is taken from the second copy. This is 49 TL. For this reason, you pay a total of 147 TL. You can pay by credit card or cash at the notary public.

What is the Difference Between Signature Circular and Signature Declaration?

Signature circular and signature statement are two different documents that are confused with each other. Let us now examine the difference between these two documents.

Signature statements can be received by natural persons. In other words, even though you are not authorized in any company, you can apply and get a signature statement. However, you must be a legal person to receive a circular of signature. Non- legal persons cannot have a circular of signature.

Although the signature declaration cannot be used as a signature circular, its functions can be considered the same. The signature statement is used as an official attribute in both commercial and personal activities, just like the signature circular. 

Signature circular is one of the mandatory documents to be obtained when establishing a company. But there is no obligation to get the signature statement.

Can Signature Circular be Obtained via E-Government?

The circular of signature can only be obtained from the notary public. For this reason, it is not possible to apply for a circular of signature via e-government. It is impossible to get a signature circular from any online website or application. You can only receive this document in a physical environment.
